Late May Bank Holiday Closure
22nd May 2023

Please note that we will be closed on Monday 29th May 2023. Orders placed after 12PM on Thursdays prior to bank holidays may not be dispatched until the following week. Our collection point will also be closed on Tuesday 30th May.

May Bank Holiday Closure

Please note that we will be closed on Monday 1st May and Monday 8th May 2023. Orders placed after 12PM on the Thursdays before the bank holidays may not be dispatched until the following week. Our collection point will also be closed on Tuesday 2nd and Tuesday 9th May.

Road Closure - Battenhurst Road/Shrub Lane
30th March 2023

Due to road repairs being carried out on Battenhurst Road and Shrub Lane at present, it may not be possible to access our premises during opening hours. These works are expected to continue until mid-April. We would advise calling before you travel, as the road may be closed or impassable.

Easter Opening Hours 2023
23rd March 2023 

We will be closed on both Good Friday (7th April) and Easter Monday (10th April). Our collection point will also be closed on Tuesday 11th April. Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12PM on Thursday 6th April may not be shipped until after the Easter break. 

A note regarding PayPal
8th March 2023

Please note that from 8th March 2023 we no longer accept PayPal as a means of payment for online orders. This is due to the contract between ESM and PayPal for payment processing coming to an end on this date. Payments can still be made using all major credit and debit cards* online. 

*Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept American Express.  

Royal Mail Update
8th March 2023

Following the recent cyber attack on the Royal Mail computer network, most Royal Mail services are now operating as normal. Thank you for your patience. 

Counter Sales are now CLOSED
1st Dec 2022

Due to the continuing expansion of our online and telephone-based mail order operations, we have now ceased our on-site counter sales service. This is to ensure that we can continue to maintain our high levels of service for customers both in the UK and overseas as the vast majority of our sales are via mail order channels.

Customers are more than welcome to visit us for pre-arranged collections during our traditional public opening hours; Tuesday to Friday 9.00 AM – 12.30 PM*. Collections must be pre-ordered and paid for in advance either online using the ‘Click and Collect’ option on the checkout page, or via telephone. Once your order is ready for collection we will notify you via text message or email, so please ensure that you provide an up-to-date mobile number and email address when ordering.

*Collections outside these hours are strictly by appointment. Collections not available on Tuesdays following bank holidays
